Birmingham welcomes The Darts Premier League & Saarbruken for Euro 4.

The City of Birmingham puts out the welcome mat to The Premier League on Thursday at The 17,000 seater National Arena. Its ok, the sport isn’t quite that big yet, but it still attracts a healthy 9,000 spectators to the ever poplar Sport of Professional Darts. ROD STUDD will be fronting the commentary for SKY SPORTS TV and conducting various interviews throughout the three & a half Show, which starts at 7pm GMT. It will be shown on many Broadcast sites world wide, some live and others in highlight form. Check with your local provider for times or get on the PDC website where they are listed.

ROD will have previewed the matches on the website of Bookmaker BETFRED from Wednesday.


DAN DAWSON, for once in his hometown, will take a leisurely walk to the Arena to work for National Radio Broadcaster TALKSPORT with previews during the day and on curtain up, provide updates, scores & results throughout the evening. DAN, too, will be in the prediction business with his preview on the matches on Betting site His success rate has been pretty impressive, like Mr Studd.


On Friday, Dan flies to Luxemburg and then speedily by car back over the border to Germany & Saarbruken’s Saarland Halle just where it kisses the border with France. The three country’s meet just about here. DAN will present The German Darts Open (Euro 4) & commentate throughout the three-day event, which will be streamed on PDCTV-HD and numerous Betting sites worldwide (see for the full list) The Final session will be the quarter Finals to a conclusion on Sunday Evening.


Not much sleep for DAN, as on Monday he catches a 5am flight to London via Amsterdam to record this months THE DART SHOW which will be broadcast later this month & will be full on Topical Interviews & clips from last months Events.
